Seat "eggcrate" cushion

Vitacci Raven 250 (Bashan), like Hawk.
After being bikeless for many years I bought this Vitacci BSR Raven 250. The seat seams good, however my rear not so much. After 45 minutes I'm close to "give me pain meds through an iv" pain. I started looking for a cushion to strap on the seat. I settled on a gel eggcrate type pad with breathable cover. I took some 1" soft nylon webbing and sewed to each corner of the cover. I sewed Velcro so it could pass under seat and keep the pad in place.
I have to say after a three hour ride I was still comfy! I highly recommend it if you are having similar issues.

You can get them on Amazon in different shapes. The way it's designed takes the pressure off your tail bone. I've used them before and work great. I'm about to order this one for my Vulcan S. https://amzn.to/3RbCY8O

Something like this one might fit better on the KPX. https://amzn.to/3GsPNGZ

My Hawk, and TBR7 both had pretty much the same seat, and my issues wasn't really the seat hurting my gluteus maximus ( butt for all you lowbrows LOL). My issue was uncomfort in the "groin" after a while, especially in hilly terrain and in certain pants . I sold my TBR7, but still ride the Hawk a lot, and don't have the problem now that I know what pants not to wear. I used to sometimes get upper leg hip cramps so bad in my right leg that I would just want to stick my leg out, but must have got used to being on a bike, and when I do occasionally get one, it's not too bad. I put probably about 75 miles on my KPX today, and got one in it, but it was not bad, and didn't last long.

I'm glad I'm not the only one to feel the seats on these bikes need some love. My Templar is like sitting on a 2x4.
I bought some gel with the plan of removing the seat cover and stuffing it under there. Good to hear a bit of padding helped.

I put one of these on my TT250. The correct inflation is key, but once you have it set it's WONDERFUL!!! It reduces / removes pressure points. I've made 2 trips to my ranch on the bike @ 125 miles each way. The Airhawk made a world of a difference.

I have this one and it's been good for a couple years. Not the best, but cheap. I barely put any air in and it keeps me from getting sore every 45-60min, but if I fill it all the way it's an unnerving feeling of floating on top of your seat. Just used an extra piece of paracord to tie it underneath the seat but otherwise it was a great fit.
