2007 VX 250 PR, uni 2 stage air filter, threw the dead battery away and bored the box out for the air filter. Changed out the main jet with a Keihin 100. 2002 CRF450R Replaced the head with an 06 and rebuilt the forks. Mean Mean Machine |

Reminds me of a Kawi KE100 I saw for sale around here last week...only $225
I think I will eventually pick up one of the many Honda XL200's I've seen for sale here in the $500 range. If only I lived closer to more dirt... :roll:

Don't get me wrong...they're mostly old and a bit rough...but I'm fine with that as a play machine.
Plus, I think it would be cool to sit it next to the GY5 and see what they have in common. :wink:

1991 DR 250 - $900 I liked that one.
The cheapest here are the honda cb's. Doesn't matter 350cc's or 750cc's they are $1200- $2000. Once in a while you get a motivated seller, same price on a bike that looks a bit better. In my opinion, the more you spend up front, the more you save on parts that you don't have to get later. Doesn't mean that you won't buy a lemon by spending more. Just that parts are expensive, and I get burnt on shipping since all the good parts are south of the border. :? D/S bikes are more expensive, I guess they are rarer.
