Question Can I switch my ATV to pull start?

Am I able to switch my lifan engine on my Gio ATV to a pull start? I'm tired of charging my battery and replacing my starter.

You might be able to use a drill with the right size socket if there is room to get it on the crank. Depends on your engine covers and such.

I installed a kick start on my Tao Bull 200. Kind of an awkward position but it will start by kicking, hot or cold, just not a lot of room. You could probably cut out the left side footrest a little so you could get more of a full kick to get more revolutions on your motor to start it but I didn't want to do that.I thought about the pull start too,Tao makes a snow mobile with the exact same motor my Bull 200 has and it has pull start. You just have to do some research to see what is available out there for your set-up.

The old Partskit website had the snowmobile but I don't see it now.I think it was called the Snow leopard.
