152 FMH part missing.. please heeeelppp! :)

hi fellows.. I bought a children's quad with a 110cc 4stroke engine in it. the motor is a 152 FMH with a 2 speed (D and R) gearbox. It 's semi automatic.
I lost the little special screw that is marked on the picture... can anyone tell me where I can find this little part..

of give me the exact dimensions, so I can make it myself?

I suppose it helps the oil go around the moving parts.. so I think it's necessary

if not, I can just close it using a bolt

please, help me out, my boy wants to drive it
