Due to financial problems at my house, the Zong has to go. Any fellow CR interested, I will give it to you for a much better price.

Spud, you really should get a commission from Zongshen.

Brian, I am so very sorry to hear you must sell your Zong. :( I hope someone realizes the value of the bike, and gives you a good price for it. Please remember, you will always be a Zongite! As we say in The Cult of The Zong, "once a Zongite, always a Zongite!"

Sorry to hear about your financial problems. These things come and go for all of us. :(

I'm overstocked on Chinabikes so I can't help you out directly, but your eBay ad is excellent and I'm sure you'll have some bites soon.

Spud is also right. I'm also a Zongite permenantly due to my prior Zong ownership.

Good luck Brian. You're a gentleman, and I hope you get what you need for your bike.

I'd love to have a Zong. Too bad we can't have them in BC.

Good luck, Brian. I hope you get a fair price. I will always consider you a brother Zongite. Once a Zongite, always a Zongite!

I hope you get a good price for it, it's a beautiful bike. Don't see too many of them on ebay anymore so hopefully that works in your favour to drive the price up a bit. Wishing you all the best.

Cheers,
Stew

I am pleased to say that I sold the bike tonight to a guy that lives about 20 minutes away from me. For about $-100 I got to ride my Zong for 4 beautiful summer months and had a lot of adventures upon it. Sorry kato, pulled the auction.

I am also pleased to report that the $1000 dollars I received for the bike will pretty much pay off all my personal debts and will keep my head above water for some time to come!

No problem for me. I am glad you sold it. Hopefully you referred him to the most excellent shop manual available.

Good for you, Brian! I am sure I speak for my fellow Zongites when I say we are happy for you. I still remember you, and your family, in my prayers. I hope you will keep in touch with us via these forums.
