Roketa 200cc DB-07 Rear Brake stuck

I was on my way to work today and my bike started to go heavy on the torque. I realized that my back brake never disengaged. I pulled off the road to find that my rear brake was a smoking mess. Any ideas on how to fix this thing?

Had the exact same thing happen to my quad yesterday. I readjusted the brake peddle which helped but it was still hanging up somewhat. Once it cooled down it released so I assumed the caliper got hot enough to boil the brake fluid. Changed the fluid this morning and it seems to be OK now. Chinese brake fluid contaminated with water?

It's also possible that the brake fluid level is a little high.

Doesn't the Roketa 200 DB-07 have a rear drum for a brake? Or does the Roketa website have old data?

I think that's the model I have and it has a disc. Can't be sure; I haven't even looked at it in years.
