Doh! My orion rx250/ apollo 250 runs like SHIT!

Hi guys!
Recently i bought an Orion rx50 moped here in the Netherlands. Because it didnt run and i couldnt get any lige out of the engine i decided to pull it out and get s fitting 250 engine for it. The Orion (Apollo) is made for this kind of swap and everything fits like it should.
The engine i bought was supposed to be running good when i got it but i messed it up somehow.

When installing i mistakingly put the throttle cable in wrong so when first started it continuesly was revving up to about 6k rpm.
Because i didnt know i was looking at the intake/carb/leakage to find out why it was revving up like this.
After trying a new carb, new sparkplug and all kinds of jets a friend of mine found out the throttle problem and fixed it.
In the video i added to this post you can hear it run.
Right now it has a pilot jet 120. The fuel mixture screw is turned 2.5 out and it has no air filter.

My problem is that it runs and bogs like shit.
When choke is open and it doesn't get s lot of air it starts right up. But when you revv it it only goes up to about 5k rpm. Then when you start closing the choke and give it more air it can revv higher. When choke is fully opend it sounds very lean and shuts off.
If anyone has any advice or things to check then id love to hear!
Kind regards
