Info on Tomberlin/Sachs MadAss Scooters?

Anybody know about these scooters? I saw one at my local dealer. He has one with a 72cc upgrade kit. The price seems right but I know nothing about them.

Durandel, there cool although for the money you can get a nice motorcycle with a 200cc+ engine. Cheapest I've heard a Madass sell new for was $1450 retails $2399 yeah right!)
