help with sprocket alignment

I have a small wheel wobble in the rear. At first i thought the wheel needed to be trued. After removing the wheel and inspecting it, it was fine.

Digging furthing i found the front and rear sprocket are not alligned. You can see in the picture from the straight edge. The front is slighty to close to the engine or the rear is too far out which probbaly explains why the chain rubs the wheel.

How do i go about alligning the sprockets? Do i need spacers? Im not sure the exact process to do this. I did measure the swing arm sides. Both are exactly 24" and the marks on the axle are same. The swing arm bolt to the rear axle bolt is same length on both sides so i have the rear wheel alligned to the frame.
