Break in new 150 cc scooter help

I just bought a new Taotao Quantum 150cc scooter. What is the break in procedure? What weight oil do I use and how often should I change it on a new bike?

No owners manual, or front panel spec plate?

Service guidelines . . 15W-40.

#1 http://chinariders.net/showpost.php?p=32602&postcount=8 The secret behind http://www.dansmc.com/engine_breakin.htm is made the parts more even & smooth. ie. No constant rpm for long period when riding is good enough
#2 Cheapo conventional 10w30 in 1 qt. bottle (example. Walmart's house brand) is good enough for break-in purpose
