Hey guys, Im new to chinariders! I just bought the Apollo db36 Deluxe and its sounds and runs amazing. Making this thread to see if anyone has modded theirs or has some info on what can fit the bike! Im already putting in a Mikuni and 17 front sprocket on. I was thinking of added a bigger tank and oil cooler! Love to hear anyones thoughts!

Might have trouble with a front sprocket - 530 style you’ll never get it in there etc

Congratulations, I'm looking forward to following this thread. I really like the look of those, especially the gray one. Man that looks sweet. The tiny gas tank and 92 octane are really the only drawbacks, AFAIC. Tell me, what kind of bash plate does it have? Why don't you just rejet the carb? Do you plan to mod/gut the exhaust?

I don't know if you've seen this or not:

Thumbs Up

motocheeez Love his stuff that video was great thank you! Initially the reason I have the new carb was because I was originally going to get the Hawk 250 so i orded it beforehand. But then I heard the apollo was coming out with the deluxe and it was over I just pulled the trigger and ordered it and I am beyond happy with it. Im breaking it in with the pz30 already in it so maybe ill rejet ill try it out this weekend! Gas tank can deff be upgraded it has room for it! I want to gut the exhaust for sure I Saw a youtube vid were someone said they have seen a dual exhaust not sure how legitimate it is but im gonna gear this bad boy up as much as i can. The over head cam is just the cherry on top! Only difference is that is has no gear indicator and its in Kilometers. Aluminum skid plate
