New from TX , Need Help

Hey guys! I’d have a DF250RTS and the intake manifold or inlet pipe has almost cracked in half. I’ve tried a few bandaids that only make it worse so I’m looking for a new part. I feel like it has to be curved because the distances from left and right are different. Also I’ve seen parts with and without the secondary intake. I really just want to ensure I’m choosing the right part as I really like my bike. I’ll include some pictures and videos of the site allows. Thanks for any help in tracking down the part. Also if there’s an upgrade or metal version I’d be willing to hear about it. This rubber seems flimsy.

I'm not familiar with your bike but I think it's a 223 air cooled motor, which should be a CB250 (ohc) engine. If so, Ebay has them pretty cheap.

Have you considered reaching out to Venom Motorsports? I know they are one of the few dealers who actually keeps parts on hand or can access them quickly.

Check with VenomMotorsports USA.com and ask for the intake for the Ghost. It's the same intake but in solid aluminum.

Good morning guys! Thanks for the welcome. I contacted Venom and they gave me an Amazon link to a straight pipe, but mine is angled. With that being said I’ve found some curved pipes without the secondary air injection nipple. Is the secondary necessary? If not what do I need to do with the hose currently attached?

Disclaimer: this is my first bike so working on them is pretty new to me but I do know fitment is important

The nipple is not necessary if you delete SAI which most people do. Make a block off plate out of some scrape metal or aluminum. I used aluminum as it was easy to cut with a hack saw and won't rust.
