hello!

Hi My friends, I am a new member here and wanted to say hello. I have been really interested in Chinese bikes for a couple of years when I was living in SE Asia but never pulled the trigger.

Being back in USA and seeing the prices here for new Japanese bikes made me dive more into them again and it is getting me excited.

I wanted some opinions her on these 3 bikes that I am looking at and I hope its okay to post here..

I am looking at these 3 different motorcycles. I like the ghost 250 , lifan kpm 200, and also the lifan xpect 200cc.

I am a shorter person at 5'7 or so. So, I am afraid the xpect seat height will be too tall? i like to feel very grounded on my bike... like to have real good support with my feet on the ground..

any opinions guys? Really looking for an efficient/ somewhat low maintenance bike to cruise around and doesnt have to be an enduro. I like cruisers and enduros.

Welcome to here! I am 5' 7" (or was, I am getting older lol) and have had little issues with full-size dual-sports, but that is more due to shoe choice and just plain having ridden them for years. I am talking about the advertised 36" that most full-size dual-sports have. In other words, you should have no problem with the X-Pect. I tend to like dual-sports, so am a bit biased towards them. The X-Pect seems to be a good value for the $2k price in spite of it not having USD forks and a rear disc brake; that is according to the growing cult of owners both here and on the X-Pect owners group on Facebook. The KPM is a very stylish bike and seems to be a good value as well, if you want a fuel-injected/liquid-cooled/6-speed bike that can cruise at over 70 MPH. Which leaves the Ghost--Jerryhawk is our resident expert and seems to have sorted his Ghost out thanks to his experiences with the X22R's engine which they both share. If you like the cruiser style, the Ghost is your choice. Personally, I would go with the X-Pect, but that is my bias.

Edit: The X-Pect has a lower seat height than the other full-size dual-sports so should be okay for you/

Welcome aboard!
You will have no problem with the seat height of the Ghost. My daughter is about 5'4" and can flat foot it easily.
