Apollo AGB-36-250cc Help identifying part

Hey everyone,

I appreciate any help you can offer. My chain was loose and came off. When it did, it busted the stator cover and smashed some wires in two. I've ordered the other parts but can't find/identify this plug. It plugs in just below front sprocket, outside the cover. They routed it between cover and chain so it didn't stand a chance. I've searched for gear indicator because that was a wild guess. Anyone know what this is called and where to find one. Orion and Apollo Canada haven't replied to calls or emails.

Gear indicator switch/sensor
Gear position switch/sensor
Gear safety switch/sensor

Can be found on Amazon for pretty cheap but you'll have to get the other half out of the motor to see what you need.

Try Orion out of the Netherlands. I have had good luck with them.
