ordering parts from zongshen

guys i was just wondering if you have ordered any parts from zongshen.
did you have to email the parts dept and have to wait for them to email you back or did you find a more direct way. i went to the zongshen america.com web site but had to email them now i am waiting on return email. if you guys know of a faster way i would appreciate the help.

im trying to get a cdi and exciter coil.

Ha , good luck and I mean it ! Hope you can get your parts, I tried and eventually got phil to go to bat for me and eventually I got most of them.Now that phil is out (and rightfully so) we zong owners are in a bad way.But, phil had said there was some new management down there, So lets hope it gets better

i called the phone number on the web site which is what i probably done to begin with. the email probably didnt make it to the right department.

i spoke to manny and he gave me his email to get prices from him so im sure the response will be better. if im not mistaken manny is the one that spudrider has mentioned having good luck with so we will see.

You may want to try my guy, Doug, at 'atvwholesaleoutlet.com' here in Sac. He has tons of odd parts laying around upstairs and I know that the CB's only used so many CDI's and he may just have one, depending on what it looks like. He had one for my Lifanoid right on his counter next to his tester, when he tested mine.
I'm finding with CB's....you can't be to 'brand specific' like the Japanese folks because the CB folks use a ton of the same parts in places.

Phil you owe me nothing, I appreciated all your help ,in battling with manny / zongshen, I hope for the sake of all there customers things get better.I am trying to come up with some cash and get my truck worthy enough, cause I am on vacation soon and wouldn't mind a road trip, not sure if I can come up with the funds ,Phil you are one of the best businessmen I know as far as taking care of your customers.I think you can beat this !

guys i want to let you know that after many phone calls throughout the day i was able to get back to manny. he sent me the info i needed and all i have to is fax in my credit card authorization form and hopfully get my stator and cdi on its way.

i appreciate everones input. shawn

great news davidson, Maybe things will be better.Phil I had contacted you awhile back via email about the chainguide and rubber wear pad on top of the swingarm, but I didn't know your email wasn't working.Please worry about yourself and family ,I can try manny.You have more than enough on your plate.I kind of know ,cause I had malignant melanoma,but after the surgery and many ,many tests it appears they got it before it spread!

well i have something funny to tell on my self. well i had a chance to actually check my bike throughly tonight and i didnt get a signal from the stator which is what i had assumed. i started going through the wires under the seat so i could trace them and make sure i was diagnosing it properly and i found a pinched wire. i spliced it back together and good as new. that would be great if i had not ordered the parts this morning. manny told me they would be shipped out today. i dont know if i have the guts to see if i can send them back after i called so much to get them ordered. well anyways i hope this is good for a laugh.

Davidson, if you aren't out to much cash ,you should just keep the parts you never know as long as these seem to last you may need them in the future! Phil if you are checking this I got the package and will handle ,and make sure it is distrubuted accordly and of course will be sending payment.
