3 lug to 4 lug conversion

Hello new here, just wondering if anyone has converted there 3 lug to a 4 lug. 125cc raytech here. My son destroyed his stock steel rim. Hope to upgrade to a decent 8" steel or aluminum rim. Having some difficulties finding any 3 lug anywhere.

Honda atc 70’s had 3 bolt rims ,possible other sizes had them as well .

About 70 mm spacing
Tried to change out rear hub..not finding any 24 splines. All the tao ones I see are only 23?
