If your ever in Maine...

One of my favorite rides is from Rockland, ME down Rte 1 to Thomaston, then out through Cushing to Waldoboro where you pick up Rte 32 which is a narrow winding switchback coastal road all the way to Pemaquid point. It's about a 100 mile round trip once you get done visiting everything.

In Thomaston you can visit Montpelier..The General Henry Knox Museum.(General Knox was a Revolutionary War Hero...George Washingtons' General)

Then in Waldoboro stop at Louie's Powersports... great people, exceptional mechanics, Diamo Dealer.

Rte 32 Gives you lots of views like this...

At Pemaquid Point it's like the end of the world! Nothing but Ocean as far as the eye can see... oh and a pretty cool lighthouse too...

On the way back you can go further past where you started and visit the quaint little town of Rockport

Your starting point is no slouch either with a huge harbor and lot's of Museums and sights to see. A commercial fishing mecca..

Sorry some of the pics look like ads for the scooter .. they were shots I took for the review I was doing.

Visit Maine!
