I bought a toy!

A friend of mine was buying a rifle at Rural King, so I went along for the ride. I had never even heard of Rural King, let alone been in one. Cool place! If you have never been, it’s worth the ride!

While he was waiting for the salesperson, I perused the isles...and ran across this...

And they had a bunch of them! My friend said he had a couple of them. For $12.93, now I do too!

One throttle body, four spark plugs and an air filter for my 2014 Jeep Patriot.
TB first non-maintenance repair (car still runs) in 127k and tons of thrashing and super-commuting.
These car are woefully underrated.

New Culligan shower head. Mrs. C wanted it. For eighty bucks, it better provide backup singers.

This is from yesterday... Insulin and an injection pen as my T2 Diabetes has gotten worse. Today i ordered a new set of tires for the Astro as the wife drove on one flat and one very low tire for several blocks today. Since it is an AWD all 4 will need to be replaced...

One of these...

Changed the rear end gearing in the Corvette project and speedo is now WAY off. This should cure it.

New emblems, front and rear, for the Corvette project. I love using gift cards for stuff like this. The old ones were in desperate need of replacing.

Well, I just picked up a Cabela's 50" Plow Kit for $168.72 shipped to my door.
https://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabe...8.uts?slotId=1
It is a discontinued plow kit only 300 left at the distribution center in Nebraska so now is the time my friends. For some reason, if you sign into your Cabela's account it will remove the $30 shipping surcharge.

A new 35a power supply for my new to me Ham radio. The rig I started out with last year only pulled 7a and I was using a 20a power supply. The new rig will pull 22a at full power.
