I got a micron tri Y header for my FZ1! Going to install the header and the velocity stacks at the same time and send my ECU for a flash and I should be at 150+ HP at the back wheel. Not bad for a sport touring bike (yeah heavier on the sport but still comfy)

I bought a Prima exhaust for my wife's scooter. We live near the salt water and the stainless steel Prima holds up really well here (I already have a Prima exhaust on my scooter).
I have a few jets left in my reject kit so that she will not be running lean.

I stopped by my local Cycle Gear to see what they had on sale. Turns out they were having a sale on Scott gear. I bought Scott: jersey, pants, gloves and googles for $60 - early birthday present for me

I bought a 48 year old set of forks an steering head off a 1971 Honda CB450 to replace the absolutely banjanxed set on the Scrambler. Fun fact, the forks and steering stem are the same on the CB's as they are on the CL's (as long as you stay with the same displacement bike), and both the disk and drum setups use the same forks. The forks are what I really needed. Everything else is just a bonus. I also got another exhaust retainer, and a set of ignition switch mounts.

My next home will be built by me, if I find the right spot of land. I'll possibly be using a revised version of the house my grandfather built himself for the family. It's a three bed, one bath, with a large eat-in kitchen and a sperate living room. I have the original building plans he got through his time in the service during WWII. I don't know the details but he acquired the plans through a service that was provided to veterans that wanted to build a house after leaving the military. My grandfather passed a few years before I was born and my grandmother passed just over eight ears ago. There's no way for me to get details.


The house is still in the family. My mother lives in it currently but the house is mine along with the two properties that my grandfather bought beside it. It was the family homestead.

I always forget, I bought breakfast and a few trim boards for my building.

I just bought a 2016 M-B Sprinter 4wd 170" extended high top cargo van, with about 13K miles on the odo. We're planning to fix it up as a comfy, but simple, travel van. We weren't sure we wanted the extra long body, but the 4x4's are hard to find and the price was too good to pass up.

Next, I'll start shopping for all the "stuff" to make it comfy. We'll start with the basics first and add things as we decide what we need. Bed, cabinets & countertop, aux heater, a few windows & roof vent, 12v cooler, basic solar.

Not sure where to find the shag carpet for the walls & ceiling!!

Sandpaper to clean up my compound miter saw slides and two 1x4x8's to repair some facial on my storage building.

Please note these repairs are temporary. This building will be moved next year and get a complete makeover. It will become my electronics repair room. We had 4.5 days of bad wind and rain a week ago. The facia was already bad and fell apart during the storm, and a tree limb rubbed a hole in the roof. I had extra shingles on hand. The tree got a prune job. The roof patch is on the opposite side of the facia repair.

The building faces east and sits in an area where that side doesn't get seen much. I should have kept an eye on it. A really bad oops on my part.

I forgot to take pics of cleaning up my saw. WD-40 didn't last a winter on my saw slides and they rusted.

Temporary repair.



The roof hole. Thankfully, the water ran out of the boxing and down the outside of the building.



This is a temporary repair to get through winter. I couldn't get the entire patch job so I got the main repair where the hole was. I was too close and too lazy to move the ladder. The original shingles were nailed low close to the edge of the cover shingle. That made my repair shingle hangover to far. That's ok though. It's a temp repair.

I didn’t but my 83 year old Dad just bought a 2016 Cub Cadet UTV with 400 miles on it. Apparently, my brother, who doesn’t have enough toys, just bought a 2019 UTV, brand unknown.
