I got a check and put it in the bank. Waited three days. I don't know if it will clear or not but the bank has released the funds. So I am looking every where for a DB-08 and not one place I could find has them in stock. Its the same story every where 2 to 3 weeks. Does anyone know if there are any of these in stock any where in this country? Its not so easy buying one of these china bikes after all.

Tried them both, both out of stock. They both want to sale me a DB-07 but Iam going to hold out for a bike with the counterbalance engine.
Update it seems like the DB-07 is a counterbalance engine.

How can you tell if it is out of stock? Do you add it to your cart and check or call them?

You have to call them. Now Iam thinking DB-07 or DB-03? Anyone with a DB-07 care to chime in? Do they have the DOT and EPA lables?

just remember , no fuel gauge and no rear disk brakes, no inverted forks, no big deal either. otherwise same as the storm. (but blaze includes digital gear selection indicator storm does not)

as far as i am aware none of these cheap china bikes have tach. check that link and see photos posted

vin number is LHPJCNBG2FB15xxx7 lph is the manufacture code which is internationally listed as a motorcycle (not a dirt bike). bashans said to be more easily recognized as a motorcycle at dmv's because of this denotation. forgot the other numbers, but the 15 denotes the horsepower (lifan counterbalanced motor) if you get one, you'll find a paper motor tag sitting between the transmission case and the starter with manuf date, size, etc.

there is a vin code explanation on the net and on this forum if you can find.

i know it says roketa, apollo, whatever, but it definitely is a bashan BS250GY-31 (DB-07K-250). always go by the numbers, not the names with these bashans.

Ive checked it out. I have a tach for it already. What did you pay for it? Does it have the DOT EPA labels? Thanks

it was "snow sale" and with cash discount w/o helmet glove crap i think i payed $1150. so lots of room to buy farkles.

i'm happy, i just want a csc rx4 (does not exist) now to go with it.

yes , epa emission controls (required to enter US now) etc. don't see exhaust tag but it does pass the coat hanger test as 2LZ describes for the national lands riding. it's nice and quiet (put put put).

The only thing I dont like is no gas gauge. I offered $1250 (price mach) waiting on a call beck from superiorpowersports. DOT EPA labels?

"etc" meaning, motor emission controls.

no exhaust labels found (meaning noise spark regulation). yes it does have a spark arrestor in the muff.

Ok can anyone with a DB-07 tell me if there a department of transportation label "DOT" label on it? Iam ready to buy of it has one.
