Thanks for posting the nice photos, Jeremy. If you are going to ride in the mud, I recommend you try a pair of Kenda, K760 TrakMaster tires.

'glad you like the pics...

SPUD, kenda tires are rare here... most are bridgstone, pirelli brands for knobbies. lots of IRC, i'm not sure if you know but this brand is well known among dirt riders here...
i plan to get it as replacement soon...

here's another set of pictures... new experience for me, trail riding in mud in midnight. a sureal experience indeed - can become a regular stuff.

So...it appears you're getting all our normal rain!
Been dry and frozen here so far! 8O

That looks like a good time, even the horizontal part.

Yes, the IRC tires would be a good choice for riding in the midnight mud! Thanks for posting the fun photographs, Jeremy.

If you continue to ride in mud, I fear your license plate holder is in a bad position. :( It appears the license plate might bend when it gets hit with mud spun from the rear tire. You might consider moving the license plate holder, but I can't see where you might put it. :?

hi SPUD, 'got my license plate now.. making it a little friendly with mud.
the holder can be tilted so...

How many kilometers do you have on your Zong's odometer, Jeremy? Your bike appears to be holding up very well to some rough riding.

actually not that much... 'still less than 2000kms as i only ride on weekends.
most of them off road though, so yes it can keep-up with a little more than commuter riding...
i'm glad it is... and the fact that i use the bike this way, i'm making a good statement among the mc community back here... so far.
'hope to give a good story as you did with your 200... your story made me decide to get this zong actually. 8)

You guys just had some nasty weather--obviously you were not affected; did you experience some of it or was it far enough away?

if you're referring to the recent floodings in the south, yes we're far from it...
we're from the center of the upper group of the islands - manila area:

ours were just on-off rains for 2 or more weeks which is unusual at that time of the year...
