it's not a H1.... It's a KH400... maybe a S3 if yer lucky...

mine was a blue 1977 S3... the S3 had slightly diffrent porting than the KH400
other than that they were the same bike...
The 400 was by far the best of the tripples they could go around corners...
400 was kawasaki's last tripple designed...

Did yer know they built a square four water cooled 750cc 2 stroke
at the same time they designed the Z1...
They desided to put the Z1 into production.... the 2 stroke was forgotten...

This is great! I cant wait to see it. I had a similar idea, but i never had a Hawk on hand. Hope that changes soon!

If you can post up the links to the parts you used.

wow very cool great find! says it fits all the chinese CG motors...here is the link I found...

http://www.dhgate.com/product/wholes...arl|2501875632

I may order one myself to try on the TT, I would imagine if it fits one it will fit all 3 (hawk/enforcer/TT)

Edit: at least from eyeballing the pictures, the cover looks like an exact match to the TT/hawk one below

Edit 2: I just impulse bought one... we'll see how it is! 61 bucks shipped

I wonder if you could buy a second radiator and hosing and loop the two radiators together then back to the cover?

These might work together on our bikes.

I dont have the a Hawk yet, but i will when i can. Hell, i already have plans to try some upgrades that i haven't seen anyone try yet. I plan on documenting those very well.

but when your oil cooler comes in let us know how easy it installs, and its performance, try to take lots of pictures!

Moved across country and have been busy with Clusters. Will start working on this again. My prototype works great. Just trying to get the cost down......

Here is what i came up with. The problem i am having ins constancy in the bikes themselves and the brackets needed to mount the cooler. Have put about 50 miles on it last fall without issue though........

By the way, Notice that the cooler i am using is a stacked plate cooler, not a finned cooler so it can be pressure washed.....
