I hit the 500 mile mark yesterday while out shooting some video and taking some pictures of the bike. I posted the video this morning on YouTube and in the picture and video section.

I got mine off of eBay but that's the same one. Don't go by the picture as it's a standard photo. The H1 will come with the right connector.

Man, I still need to get miles in on the KPM. I've taken the yamaha out the last couple days because I was running late, and needed to make up time. lol. Made a 45 minute trip in just about 20 this morning.

Well none of my bikes have moved since Monday and now it will be raining till Sunday. Most of next week it will be in the high 20's and low 30's in the mornings so no riding for this southern boy.

Thanks much Jerry.

Havent ridden in about 2 weeks due to weather here in the N VA area. Getting ready to re-jet the carb (or swap it out actually and re-jet the new one) on my 2020 Boom Vader. Going to remove the smog pump and install the head blank plate. Really like the little beasty for work travel and around town. Even with my weight (bout a good 240-250 depending on the time of year LOL) it gets up to 50-53 mph. I did install Aux. lighting on it as the original head light really sucks the big one. I really love your new bike and am planning on getting one here in the not too distant future.

20’ and 30’s, that’s shorts and flip flop weather here in Wisconsin.

I haven't posted anything since my welcome post so i figured I'd chime in here. I've put 200 miles on my ghost so far and put on a 36 tooth sprocket at 65 miles. Still need to tune the carb but it's got up to 73 mph on the highway so far according to my GPS. This bike is my first street legal bike and so far it's very impressive. Everyone at work was surprised by how good this thing looked when they heard it was a chinese bike. I may chime in from time to time or make a new thread, but I'm loving this bike so far.

I'm impressed with the bike myself. The sprocket swap makes a huge difference. Once you get it tuned and some miles on her she will wake up even more. I'm just over 500 miles. I would have more but between the rain and cold weather ahead it looks like she will be parked for a while. At lease this week anyway.

Wanted to have my handle light act as a third brake light since it is dim and pinkish but wiring didnt behave. Took it off for now and kinda like the clean fender look without it. Still deciding if I'll keep it off or put it back on and tint the brake light black.

Looks good. I thought about adding a light inside the license plate reflector as a brake light.

JerryHawk...
Gotta ask. How did you make your decision for the Ghost over the CSC SG250? They both are in the same ballpark as far as I know, and the CSC base price is a bit less.
I had not heard of the Ghost previously, and acquired a used SG which I really like.
Have you made a comparison that would be helpful to future buyers?

#1 reason is it has the same engine as on my X22R. The CB engine has available performance upgrade from the CFR230F engine such as 11:1 piston and Performance cams. I sure other parts will work with the engine as well. The CG is a good engine but performs no where near as well as the CB for street use.
#2 Venom Motorsports has been an excellent dealer to work with. Great warranty and after sales support.
#3 I like the style of the New Ghost. I like the SG250 as well. Just wish it had the CB engine. Seat height was too low on the CG250 for me. I'm close to 5'11" tall with a 32" inseam.

The SC250 actually cost more than the Ghost 250. The Ghost was only $2450 delivered with the $50 discount code. When i looked at the Sc250 it was $2295 + $400 document fee + whatever the shipping cost was.

That certainly makes a lot of sense. The CG is not a high performance engine as far as I know, but it meets my needs. I guess the latest version of the SG is closer in price, and when you add in the extras, is more. Din't know that...

The CG is a good engine. Not a thing wrong with them. The CG has more low in grunt than the CB which works great for Enduro and off-road bikes like my Hawk. It's a very dependable engine. Probably more dependable that the CB as it doesn't have a timing chain that can stretch or break.
