The part that would concern me would be hitting the brakes, especially if you're turning, and even more so at low speed.

I've never ridden a bike with a trailer so it may not be an issue, I'm just thinking about the geometry and vectors.

Fall is setting in but it is currently cool and beautiful to ride right now.

This is the local hills by my house yesterday.

I got myself into a tight little dead end canyon. I had to pick up the back of the bike and pivot it around to get out. I was grateful the Yamaha engineers made this bike so light.

Another day in the local desert.

I found this huge grassy hilly area. No trails. Just stand up and gas it and go.

When I get into a jam like that, I shut off the bike and pop it into first to lock up the rear wheel. I then stand behind the bike and grab the bars, pulling the bike up onto the back wheel. That allows a pivot turn, so I just spin it around in the direction I need to go. It only works if you're on level grade or slightly uphill.

Awesome pics! 8)

Warm (70's) but cloudy day.

Good for a ride.

Just a local ride in the Horse Heaven Hills by my house. Even saw a horse, and a cowgirl. 8)

It's not from lack of use. I've not owned it too long and I've put 65-70 hours on it so far. That's as much as some guys ever ride a bike.

I just wash it ever few rides. Yesterday was unusual in that the ground was just slightly damp from an earlier rain but not wet or muddy. Therefor the bike stayed mostly clean! No dust!

Here's a lovely custom Gold Wing 'cafe' I'd be proud to ride.

That's beautifully executed! I bet it would be big fun to try and corner a one litre boxer.

I'm thinking once a guy got used to the lean angle with the long wheelbase it would handle quite well, for it's vintage 8) .

Recall the original Gold Wing was meant to be a superbike, not a tourer. That role was invented ex-post-facto by the end users.
