I will have to look back at my records to verify but I think I replaced it with a Honda OE Exhaust gasket 18291-MN5-650, you can see the difference of the 2 gaskets below
Did ya check AZhule? I was gonna order one of these exhaust gaskets.

Emerikol, is your caliper on the right fork leg? I've never seen that on a single disc setup.

There are a few other camera options out there in the same vein, so you should be able to poke around Amazon and check out the options. The more I look at your Brozz, the more I think it looks just like my Hawk. What gives? Are they basically the same platform with different options/accessories? The engine cases look a little different, but the bikes as a whole look very similar. Great pictures of the assembly and mod process. Let us know how it does when you finally take it out into the world.
video qaulity and pic qaulity not great on those i got one for my daughter thinking i could steal it and use it but its not good enough.

Thumbs Up I......love.......this........bike!!!

Well the maiden voyage on the Brozz was a success and a very FUN one at that! This thing far exceeds what I expected. Its comfortable, runs like a sewing machine and the suspension isn't bad at all. I could use a little more stiffness in the forks as I'm no lightweight at 205lbs. It is geared WAY to low, first gear is useless and 2nd gear starts are not a problem. I took it to 55 briefly one time and the tach said 6K. Most of the 26 miles on the dirt roads today was at about 40 mph. It will need some more fuel, She's starving when you roll on the throttle. I'll rejet when I do the exhaust, and get rid of all that EPA crap coming off the cylinder head. The chain was in spec and after the ride it was WAY out of spec, so yeah a good chain is in order. I'll do that when I figure out what rear sprocket will fit it. And either my fuel gauge is broke or this thing just SIPS on the gas. It did read "E" before I filled her up with a fresh tank of Ethanol Free 89 octane treated with Marine Sta Bil. I have a new love affair. I have never had a dual sport before, it was always either one or the other. I took it to my buddies house and he was blown away by how much I paid for it. I really think the things are a STEAL for what we pay for em.

You are going to love it even more after you rejet and change the sprocket. I like the speedometer. The fuel gauge will stay on full for a while then will drop quick. They are not very accurate. Glad you finally took her out.

Thank you Jeffrey, If I go with a 42t rear, should I keep the factory front (don't know what it is yet, guess I need to look, huh?) the factory rear is 49t. I just want it to cruise comfortably at 55-60. And what length chain should I get? These are 420 chains I believe. I know I will have to take links out, but don't want to get one to short to begin with.

I'm running 17-42 on my Hawk but I weigh 165 pounds.17-43 will be ideal for you to cruise at 60 mph. These bikes are pretty torquey they can handle the higher ratios.

yeah these bikes are silly fun for the money. My maiden voyage on my hawk yielded the same disbelief. How can something that cost under 2k be so good. In fact mine was $1,200.

I think I want a Brozz now too. I have no more space for toys.

I have pictures of pretty much everything. The chain should be 428 and I bought a 130 link.

But I'm the guy that found the Chinese seller on ebay that has the exhaust and asked him about the spark arrestor. RCH ships as fast as Amazon Prime. I don't know how they do that from China.
