I bought this face shield for my regular helmet. I got really tired of getting smacked with bugs. So far, I really like it. Just make sure to ratchet it up before you take your helmet off or you leave a hell of a nose print. Also, don't use polarized sunglasses behind it. You'll think you're getting a "flashback" from your college days.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ...and I also bought this for the TT250. I know it's not the popular choice with the new dash setup that's now available but I thought I'd give it a try. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

http://www.harborfreight.com/automot...ift-60536.html. as seen on this forum
Picked this up from harbor freight. I sold 2600 lbs of metal, 57lbs of alum, some batteries and electric motors. Got $101.88. Not bad trade, a pile of metal id been collecting a few years for a new motorcycle lift.

Got it. I was hopping there was a new dash setup that's now available with a tack built in.

Ace Hardware has Craftsman 1/4" drive socket sets on sale for $9.99, so I bought one in metric. Also walked out with 5/8" nuts, 5/8" steel spacers, and two 5/8" shaft collars for the mini bike project.
Did groceries at Menards'.

Never concerned about prices, just something that has to be cleaned up every so often, the cash is the bonus.

I compared the climate stats of George West and Charleston Hellinois today ... Gotta tell you BB I'm a bit jealous! Sounds like consistently good riding weather in your neck of the woods.

Cheesy have you suffered a head injury lately too ? -10 sux ...wind or no wind it sux. Stepping outside and the moisture in your nasal passages immediately crystallizes is, for me, a tremendous motivator to get my ass out of Hellinois as soon as the boy is up and running on his own.

I've tried explaining the nasal thing to Aussies and South Africans, but they don't get it. They wear down jackets when the temps drop to the sixties.

+once had a refueling stop in some deep freeze called Thule, Greenland I think,. gotta tell you, I grew up in the high mountains of Colorado where it gets Cold+, but Thule redefined the term for me. the crew chief wouldn't let me off the plane, till I suited up in so much crap I could hardly move, or breathe for that matter.
You should have seen the boots! looked like mickey mouse You know that trick where you pour a glass of water and it's ice before it hits the ground? well, in Thule you couldn't get it out of the glass lol That's COLD! What's funny is now i live in the Ozarks where temps of 100 plus are not uncommon plus add the humidity for the heat index and 110 to 120 is not entirely rare.
