I always considered the Zongshen corporate logo as a pair of crossed, letter Zees (Zeds for our Canadian friends).
Zuo Zongshen might have incorporated the Honda wing, and the Yamaha, crossed tuning forks into the design of the Zongshen logo. In any event, I like the Zongshen corporate symbol.

I just realized Zongshen also chose red as the color of the Zongshen logo. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Interesting the ADV Moto Guys flipped the image. At first I thought it was just taken on the wrong side of the double yellow or just a stock image from another country. But if you look the bike has been reflected...

http://adventuremotorcycle.com/revie...=#.VHzwMDHF8rV CSC is collecting the deposits for the first shipment. I hope they fix the inaccuracies in the speedometer and fuel gauge before the bikes arrive in Azusa.

I suspected the image was reversed, but I didn't examine it closely. Now I see the exhaust system is on the incorrect side in the photograph.

The publisher of ADVmoto is Carl Parker who was/is a member here years ago known as 'Crazy Carl' He is the one who tried to get Frostbite to make changes here at Chinariders, and when he did not want to, Carl set up Mychinamoto.com All this was when Carl was working and living in China at the university in Chengdu. When he came back, he moved back to Virginia and ended up as the editor of Advmoto, and he is now listed as the publisher. Zac who just did a write-up on this bike for a Canadian moto site several threads up also writes for ADVmoto.
Just to give you all a little background (and, no--Carl is not biased for or necessarily against Chinese bikes, but actually does not actively add them into the magazine, so this bike is really turning the mainstream bike industry upside down (although many of us know, to a lesser extent, this has already happened with lesser known Chinese bikes--certainly the engines!)

Very good review by ADVMoto. I suspect if the Cyclone lives up to it's pre release press there's going to be a lot of early adopters, (myself included) very happy campers. Soft bags and 17"s and South America here I come. It was almost 70 degrees here today and the waiting is definately getting harder.

I think this bike is already proven for the most part. One inexperienced guy had some early issues, but the key words are 'inexperienced' and 'early.'
The other thing this bike has going for it? 'Spudrider' He had/has really gone through his original Zongshen, so I am fairly certain he will become the worldwide, defacto expert on this bike. Again, his posts on his other Zongshen has brought people here to Chinariders from around the world. Okay, his head is probably getting bigger with every word of praise I write, but is well-deserved. This time, however, I do envision others of you who have pre-ordered the bike to stick around and collectively, will provide advice that will keep people riding their RX-3s for years to come! I will probably be a late adapter once I settle my accident.
