KZ650 for $100.

Good honest ad but no picture.

Looks like a good project for someone who is willing to slipt the cases for some hopefully minor transmission work.

I have not done that before.

Probably not too bad, but four carbs to rebuild doesn't sound like fun :P Non running with no registration to me is not worth a lot (unless it's something cool like a Triumph or BSA), but it has a brand new battery so that makes up for a bit.. Maybe a good project for doc, too big to fit in the airplane though.

I suppose it may be worth that to someone but I view it as a novelty that may be hard to gets parts for with limited usefulness.

I'll tell you what if it was $500 I'd like to have it in my stable for a little while.

That's one of the best CL deals I've seen in a while.

The ultimate dirtbike?

A CR500 engine wedged into a CR250 aluminum frame?

$1,800?

I do know a few good orthopedic surgeons...

A fairly common swap. Here is my favorite CR500 engined Honda.

Holy cow what a Sumo! 8O

I looked at the bike. I passed because I think I'd get into trouble on it, and I don't think it has any more usable power than my YZ400. Yes it has much more peak power but none of the low and midrange where I do much of my riding.

It would be a hoot in the dunes, but other than that I think my YZ400F is a better bike for me. :P
