Don't forget to remove the outer layer of the air filter and oil the inner foam. As I've mentioned, I like Maxima Fab1 spray oil, which is available at most bike shops. It's blue (which is really easy to see) and it sticks like cobwebs; follow the instructions on the label.
Doc, Coors Lite is training beer.

Im not sure if i should keep this thread going... or make new individual threads ex. How to install a hydro-clutch GIO X31, how to install an air intake GIO X31, how to install mikuni carb GIO X31..... or do a big Rebuild/upgrade thread..
Weld, what do you think i should do? rebuild thread or individual how-to's ???

Il n'ya pas de quoi (think nothing of it). I'm happy to help, but I'm sorry that your filter didn't fit.
I recommend that you start several threads for easy searchability, and then start one thread that lists all of your threads as links, just like M. Patate (Mr. Spud) did. Check out his sticky in the Dual Sport forum, and you'll see what I mean.

It looks like the slow jet is next to the main jet. The pilot mixture screw is on the bottom side of the carb, near where it bolts to the intake tube. make sense?

Correct. Just be really gentle when turning the pilot screw in.
