I suppose the only way to check fitment is to take a chance, and buy the bulb. That's the process I needed to follow, but the results are so good, I'm glad I took the risk.

Good for you. That's what I did. I needed to remove the driver, and trim the aluminum heat sink, but I made the bulb fit, and it works great.

You can also make spacers and move the headlight shield farther from the bike's frame. Indeed, where there is a will, there is a way.

Sorry for bringing this post back up. But that is 1 of the upgrades I want to do. Just read the full post and I'm going to do this. Like Spud said if there's a will there's always a way!!
I knew I saw this somewhere and holy cow it was right here on the forum.
I have read so much stuff in the last week that my mind is going .
I will look tomorrow and see if I have a rectifier on my bike. If I do then I will buy the LED rectifier from Cyclops Adventure Sports. Like you posted.
Sounds like i just need the NAO M3 led & LED rectifier. And some mods to the headlight housing. I looked on ebay and didn't see any. I will find 1.

The LED bulbs certainly run much cooler than incandescent halogen bulbs.

I am still loving the LED headlight in my Honda CRF250X. I found this video of a KTM owner in Europe riding a curvy country road with a similar LED headlight.
