After almost a week with the Grandkids, aka, walking Petri dishes, a boatload of cold meds for Mrs. C. I got by with Advil and hot Tang and am doing quite well, thank you very much. Mrs. C is at the PITA phase and apparently needs stronger stuff.

Tang? Are you hoarding it from the 80's? I haven't seen that since about the 80's.

'For parts only', they don't know me very well.
Pre snow pic. Total investment in repairs, 6" of teflon tape to make a new packing.

Total outlay, $16.41

aaaand, todays Ebay steal of the week....LOL an almost brand new Milwaukee m12 FUEL 1/4 hex drive impact. seller listed for parts, because it wouldnt do anything when he hooked up 12 v to the battery terminals (he didnt have a battery... fun fact, M12 will not function at all if it cant read the battery's internal temp sensor...)

List price from home depot for the bare tool, $119....
grand total after using my accrued ebay bucks, $35... gotta love people that dont know what they have...

I’ve been busy...

But I bought this about a week ago. I wanted a small, lightweight workbench to clean guns on and assemble small items. This was on sale at FH. I saw the display model at the store and thought, “What a P.O.S.”! I had read the reviews and they said not to worry about how unstable and shaky the display model is. I bought it and assembled it exactly as the instructions said and it turned out pretty good. The only bad thing I can say about the bench is the drawers. One side works good, but the other side is a little stiff. For the money, you can’t beat it.

Sweet! I have a Traxxas Jato 3.3 and a Traxxas T-Maxx 3.3. The Jato is crazy fast. I ended up putting bigger tires on the back to give it more traction. Looks like we have similar hobbies lol. Got any RC planes? I have one left that i'm in the process of reskinning for the spring time.

Just remember, the snow down here isn't like the snow up north. The slop down here can't be driven on very easily without chains. Studded tires are illegal down here. Ask me how I know.
