That's how I balance my wheels, too. Find the heavy spot on the rim alone and mark it, then align with the light spot on the tire (usually identified with a paint spot) before adding any weights.

This belongs to a young man whom I run into at work occasionally, and he's quite pleased with his car. It's not my thing, but I appreciate the engineering; the doors use the stock strikers and hardware, but the hinge is replaced with a bolt-on unit. The doors open conventionally for a few inches, and then they swing up.

I've seen this Volvo truck in my neighborhood several times, the owner uses it to haul construction materials, it is absolutely beautiful. I'm trying to sort out a new camera, went over tonight and got these shots.

Stick welding that expansion chamber would have been fun. The last time I tried welding on an expansion chamber, it kept bursting into flame.

Incidentally, I am half Italian; therefore, I have a lot of Latin blood in my veins. However, I don't think I ever had as much hair as the Peruvians in that photograph! Perhaps the Romans had less hair than the Spaniards? :?:
