I bet it could be fixed for nearly free. Andy gives me used tires in great shape he takes off of people's bike when they buy new ones.

I know that it could be fixed for nearly free, but then I'd start looking at everything that I could upgrade. Hmm, maybe new bars, a new muffler, a Mikuni, a better chain...
