:Looks great! Very sharp!
Valves: on the CG motors, I run the intake at .05mm intake and .08MM exhaust. Ice cold, overnight. Never had an issue and get good time between adjustments. Tappy is happy. Since the exhaust valve gets hotter and takes more of a beating, hence the slightly wider gap to buy time between adjustments. These valves tighten as they wear. Can't wait to hear about your first trip! Congrats!

Every single electrical connection was checked and greased with dielectric grease along with every nut and bolt. Also, I just got back from Columbia. I got a new spoke wrench, a cable luber, and a battery tender. And of course I went to harbor freight and got one of them rear axle lifts. This bike has a 49 tooth rear sprocket, not sure what the front one is. But I plan to change the chain when I do the sprockets. And you guys are so right, that factory oil looks liked pressed whale blubber or something.  I put 15W40 diesel oil back in her, after I rigged up a hose on my funnel to actually pour the oil in. Not one funnel I had would fit in there. Now has any of you changed out the fork oil in these things? Heck I wonder if they even put any in them. The bike runs really good. It did not even want any choke at first start up. It fired right up. I turned the idle to 2k and let it sit there and run for about 20 minutes or so. I'm SO ready to take her for a cruise tomorrow.

Great video! Thanks for showing us where those mystery brackets go. I am not sure, but I think this is the first Chinabike I have seen that comes with those brackets. I don't see much difference between the 2014 and the new ones other than the USD forks on the 2016. We have not gotten in depth reports on the new ones, as the few members who have them seem to be in hibernation, so I wonder if they have the good carb, the NGK and Yuasa battery?

I think that is same battery that came with my Hawk. I can't get to it to check it though. I replaced the battery with a tiny 1.5 pound Battery Tender.

Letsride, great work, I can tell your going to be a great resource contriburiter . The fender supports showed a greater commitment to quality parts and better design.
I liked the carbon fiber look too. Noticed that too back when they were introduced, makes it stand out a little. Culcune, your right this is the first look at a Brozz. Can't wait to hear and see the console digital speedo and tach. in action Also, look for a trunk, turns it into a great errand maker. (Six packs and lotto tickets )

Nice, I didn't even know they made batteries. I love their trickle chargers though. I'll have to pick one of those up.

But I am downing this here cup of coffee and I'm going out there to get to work. I still have to adjust valves, grease rear shock bolt, rear axle bolt, swing arm bolt, adjust chain, change oil, add acid to battery, and a once over. At some point today I have to go to Cycle gear and get a spoke wrench. And I'm going to batteries plus to get me an AGM Battery. I despise these acid batteries. Ok more to follow I promise.
