its like 2" past each wheel perfect fit, in my opinion, you should never have to drive on snow and with blade pitched will still cut snow from both wheels. for sure not too wide. It is like 10" shorter than average sidewalk width.

Need a new battery for my rhino. I need cold cranking amps for the plowing. any suggestions? was thinking this one its for the CG125
https://www.batteriesplus.com/batter...008/cylaz7sxta or https://www.batteriesplus.com/replac.../12n9c/cyl9bxt but I would rather have a better battery out ice fishing the last thing I need is a dead ATV. |

Ok cool.. wasn't sure as the plastics on the name brand ATV's make them seem much wider. Ours are small to fit in the crates they ship in. Haven't had it out of the box yet to know if its scratched... will let you know. Waiting for the impact wrench to finish charging. |

Yeah on the front of the plow .... two scuff scratches on both sides a couple of inches in. Not really concerned with it. If I paid $500 plus I would talk to the store and break their balls to try and get a discount. Might be why these are on sale. Next batch might have different packaging. |

Did you get it all set up? Pictures when you're done.
We are getting 7-14" of snow tonight but very cold temps 1-7* F so hopefully the rhino starts. I do have the go pro on my helmet this time, and new tire chains on the way. So stay tuned. Attachment 15625 Last edited by PANDEMIC; 02-01-2019 at 09:34 AM. |

I have the plow all together... just haven't mounted the plate to the frame yet. Might take a crack at it after work tomorrow. Basically eye it up....lose mount it... figure where the oil drain is.... mark the plate.. remove it... drill a oil drain/socket hole in it and mount it all up well.
The plow is a sturdy sucker.... thought it was gonna be a bit lighter duty. I still have to find chains for it... Cabellas was all sold out. |

It has it limitations as a plow, you have to have somewhere to loose the snow fast or it just stops the atv in its tracks. but i did get the job done. My slipping clutch is no help. New one on the way still.Attachment 15639

I ran a remote garden tractor battery instead of the atv battery for more CCA and more battery capacity for the winch.
I could not angle the blade it would turn the atv sideways. This was 4-6" of snow with drifting up to 14" a little of hand shoveling was needed but way way less than normal. Last edited by PANDEMIC; 01-28-2019 at 12:54 PM. |

What sprocket mods do you have on the Rhino? Did you do the front and rear or just the front?

I just did the front sprocket down to an 11 tooth. I was out using it for the 2nd round and getting the hand of a lighter machine. You have to know its limits but go at it, and keep your weight moving. You cant slow down than try to carry snow it won't happen. Keep the snow moving and just lose it somewhere and don't let the snow build up under the machine, again it will stop you in your tracks.
