It should be fairly simple once you have it on motorcycle jack ( if that's Possible) to take to load off the front wheel.

i feel that the true intentions were to have handlebars on top and not the bottom like mine is. i feel comfy enough to change this out now since i see tons more done the way i want it.

just for you jerry! lol, i keep procrastinating the handlebar mod....
30 min mod. $34 no drilling, cutting, removing. i installed my tag lights wrong , bright as heck and tried a different location. i will move the lights back to top of license plate. they simply lit up the ground below like daylight, but should be on top as used for mounting the plate to bracket. uninstall the factory fender by removing three screws from under the passenger seat cargo area, that's it. i will mention the wires and fasteners/connectors are high quality on these bikes and not thin crappy like chondas. found the kit on ebay whygostock and they have pretty good website for parts.... I was always a little curious about these bikes. The funny thing is, with the foot peg position and the clip-ons above the top triple clamp, you basically just set the ergonomics to VFR1200F mode (if a bit smaller bike wise). Still very aggressive and sporty, but a LOT more comfortable over longer periods of time.
Compare the peg and bar placement of your bike to my big ol' Viffer. I would hate to see you go, but I can understand wanting to move on from the Chonda world to other, better/faster bikes. That new bike of yours offers all the same cheap thrills, but with a lot more thrills and quality behind it. Both Jerry and I have discussed at length about there being a serious gap in the market for bikes that are 300-400cc liquid cooled at or below the $4k price tag with EFI in the 30-40hp range. I would trade my Hawk for something like that in a heartbeat. If Kawasaki can do it (Ninja 400), I don't see why the Chinese couldn't do it. I often lament that if my Hawk had a slightly better suspension and about 10-15 more HP, I would want for nothing more. Heck, CSC has almost everything it needs to make a sporty 450cc street bike on hand. Take that RX4's NC450 and put it in a street bike chassis... (and not ask $5k for it)
