Just help the next china rider when you can. The parts cost me nothing and the shipping wasn't much.

I'll figure something out kato...You'll see.

Well I got home and got to work, I figured out how to rig the switch to kill the bike...Honda uses a ground switch...Worked like a champ

Started wire brushing and painting, through on the new brake lever and peg and tightened her all down

And realized the lever don't move..
I never checked the bushing.....Froze up. I was tired and gave up I'll take the bushing out and wire brush it and kinda hone the inside of the lever that should get it working All in all though this should just about get the bike complete....Just need a new front tire a new rear rim and brakes....And number plate and decals for the tank for it to be 100% But after these parts and the tire and brakes she will be a ridable bike 8)

The two xr80s that I saved from the scrap make you before pic look like a new bike.

No worries Kato, I knew better I should have knocked it out and cleaned it up and greased it but I was in a hurry to get things done.....That always happens when I rush something

THANKS Just don't get really close to it You'll see some blems We rode it around saturday and it ran great.....Honda's like this just never die no matter how poorly they were treated. I say a new rear fender and lever and tire and I am calling it good.
