Utilizing 3-D Printed parts on the Brozz
Ive made brackets to hold this old Pelican case Ive never found a good use for until now. And 3-D printed a mount for the navigation too.

Well this is what my fork oil looked like. It was 250ml so that's what i put back in. My engine oil looked the same way . However ............
My brake fluid was very dark and there was debris inside the reservoir . I cleaned it out very good and put good quality DOT 4 synthetic fluid took me 15min to bleed all the air out and swap the fluid.

Agreed and sure that's what kipper did. I think more emphasis should be placed on this. I've read many post where people say they "put the bike together one evening". Not enough time to do it properly in my opinion.

Oh yes I've changed all the fluids engine oil , fork oil & brake fluid. Flushed the fuel tank out, set the valve clearances and installed a NGK plug. I'm also installing a inline fuel filter before i fire it up for the first time .

I agree to proporly get thes bikes ready to ride I would say it could be done in a a day. With my work schedule I only work on it for about a hour after work so it's taking me longer :-(

If anyone figures out how to keep the fuel gauge from going nuts at about 1/2 tank or lower let me know. I'm thinking a small capacitor would help?? I may have to try it.

Check the resistance of the two wires coming off the float off the tank. The Res should be lower than 10ohms at one end with float postion maxed out and at least 95-97 ohms with the float position maxed out to the other. I think to get the cluster to read a full tank the resistance of the float needs to tell the cluster that its at 10ohms or less. Check the connection on the wire connector on the tank as well. I don't think a capacitor is going to do anything. The cluster works on resistance of the float. make sure the float in the tank is not getting hung up on the side of the tank as well.

I had the problem of the cluster never reading a full tank due to incorrect resistance of the float

Lots of junk in my fuel tank.
I'm giving serious thought to costing the inside of the tank
