Thanks. It's been a fun project.
Update on the petcock. I turned it to "on" today and it started leaking everywhere. Swapped back to original one for now to be able to ride Dave |

Pull it apart and make sure it was assembled properly. I just bought one that had the main and reserve tubes reversed, so I switched 'em. Maybe the seal in yours isn't positioned correctly.

Don't think I'll bother. Might order another one. But I'll run the original one again for now.

Update
On the weekend I dropped the bike off at a buddy's and he did some work to it for me Original exhaust. I've wanted thus changed for a while. But I don't have any bits and pieces accumulated yet lol My buddy has bike parts laying around and a few parts bikes ect. So he aid he'd see what he could do. I think the mufflers off an older rm250 and the midpipe is a handle bar. Looks like it fits very well. I have yet to see it in person. He also trimmed up the front fender Looks much better I can't wait to pick it up lol. I'll probably go get it at lunch tommarow He sent me a video of it running here It sounds awesome lol. It's always had a broken header stud. He fixed that aswell Dave |

Dude, recover that seat for your lovely wife!
Epic win on using handlebars for exhaust tubing! The bike sounds good with that new muffler. A little paint, and that exhaust system will almost look factory.

I love the redeployment of the handlebar.
