Thumbs Up

Lanhoard, great tutorial and the pictures really help a visual guy like me. That’s an excellent Mod that serves it purpose and came out clean. Hats off to you!

Nice to replace that funky looking “Intake”.

Nice work; I did a similar mod on our 150cc GY6. I prefer the foam pod filters to the K&N style for fine dust and dirt.

I have to imagine the look on the guys face from the plumbing department , " what are you working on " rubber coupler , perfect solution. I'll have to borrow this idea for my airbox, carb issue too.

That looks awesome! Nice job anhoard! I may have to think about this but wow...under my seat is now pretty packed with the backup light wiring, the extra 12V plug-in and now the winch controler box and fat wiring it comes with.

With all the extra e-stuff I've added, I really like the looks and CCA of that battery. I may need to upgrade sooner than expected.

There's a connector from the engine...

Typical principle (Stolen from old magazine. These easy to read "splitted" diagram were popular in pre 'net days)

Excellent instructions, everything you've done is exactly the issues im experiencing and in need of "modifiying" to say the least, especially the lights of what gear I'm in and the air filter, as mine kicked out as well just this Saturday going thru a small stream..very small.
