Thanks.

Of course, I never saw the background when shooting the video. The clutter monster has returned.

Finally

After almost a year of chasing down that effing misfire under acceleration, I finally traced it and it only took a couple 40 year old parts to fix it. I yanked the 'new coils' and put the old ones back on. No more miss. Even after hours of riding on a hot day in traffic.

I kept telling myself, "But the coils are new. It can't be them".

I bet I have the best tuned CX out there now.

You're not the first person to get screwed up by a new defective part. I think this is more common with ignition parts as well.

BTW, the 'clutter monster' is significant.

I say build the wife a shed to put her stuff in outside, and move your bicycles into her walk in closet and half of the bedroom.

What could go wrong with that plan?

;-)

Spoken by a man with an impeccable matrimonial track record.

I'm just kidding Brother Bill. You know I love you.

It passed with flying colors yesterday. 86F and humid along with stop and go traffic. Never missed a beat. I, on the other hand, was wilted.

Doc-Having been married for nearly 42 years, I think I'm finally getting the hang of this matrimonial thing. There are only two real rules to live by. The first is, 'It's her house'. The second is, "Questions I know the answer to I don't need to ask". That second one is attributed to 'Calvin and Hobbes'.

As do I. My kids were pleased to discover them, when they learned to read.
