You are a lucky man to have such a pretty little helper.

Dave, that strikes me as solved.
I doubt that you'll ever get that much articulation out of the front suspension, and I bet the front wheels don't turn at all within the range of the shocks.

That's awesome! I'm definitely doing the "Dave D" mod to my 150.
Dave, if you create another post that just contains that specific mod, I'll add it to the ATV sticky. It's good info to pass along.

Been a while since I posted something about my china atv
So here goes The tires I swapped onto the quad one of the rears had a broken valve stem So I sent it to my brothers (he has access to a tire machine) and he swapped it out for me. Today I was putting the tire back on and noticed something on the exhaust behind the fender Closer I fired it up and can't feel it leaking from the crack. I might weld it up I might leave it. Or il just use exhaust off the parts quad. I've also been fighting with the wires on the back of the ignition have to wiggle and bend them to get starter to engage. Might order this up rather then try and fix Price seems good lol Dave |

I'd weld it up.
I installed tubes in my Beast to get rid of poor beads. Cheap and easy.

It might be, although I bought one that was wrong. NBD. Just carefully remove the terminals and correct them.
I installed tubes because I couldn't ride around the yard without popping a bead, and that was despite trying several different tire pressures.

As mentioned in my other posts. We took a bunch of toys out yesterday including the quad.
When we were leaving I tryed to ride the quad up the ramp into my truck. It couldn't do it. Truck was on flat ground I load it this way at home all the time but our driveway slops down and our culdesac is level so I park truck on road and ramp goes onto driveway so the ramp is not steep at all My question are they normaly this gutless or should I be fixing something Cruising the loging roads it feels like it has great power Thanks Dave |

It's a lot to ask of a 150cc CVT to carry a full grown man up a ramp into a truck. I push mine.
