Sport rdr.. that abouts sums it up, .

at what point is someone else's freedom allowed to extend to a point where others are put at risk?

Good remark.

This is the black and white vs multi shades of grey argument.

as you probably saw in my other thread, the idea of a title and registration in NC is completely off the table.

My next step is going to be the South Dakota solution. stay tuned for more news!

Ok....now I'm just starting to get ticked off. Superior Powersports was great to re-issue my MCO listing the hawk as a "MOTORCYCLE", but......there's always a but, right? I got the MCO in the mail yesterday. when I talked to them, I paid them an extra 30 bucks because I wanted it notarized. guess what.....no notary on the new MCO.

Does ANYONE know if SD would take the MCO as-is or if the notary is really required? if not, I guess I'll call them.

What's wrong with these people? Did they think you paid them an extra $30 for nothing? I would definitely call them and tell them to send you the notorized MCO for which you paid the extra $30.

While you're on the phone with them, see if they'll ship me my damaged plastic part that they won't warranty.
I'm tellin' ya.... I'm really balking on ordering my next quad from them but I'm not sure if any of the "big box websites" are really any better.

Well, the problem is getting them to answer the phone. No one does. Sent a message to them via their web site. They have removed their chat option. Called them too but went to voice mail where it said the mailbox was full. I'm beginning to think buying from superior power sports is not such a great deal.
