Kato, before I scrap the bent bars, do you want them? I could try stuffing them into a flat rate box.

As you can see in the pic, you'll need to weld some material to the kickstand stop, so it doesn't go so far forward. Also, you might want to shorten it a bit; it doesn't lean enough.
Is the fender tweaked?

The bars I scrapped had no throttle tube, and the levers looked like mountain bike parts. I'm certain that you'll find better stuff.
