Even though we had a little bad weather on Friday, the weather turned out real nice and sunny on Saturday. I did get to install a pantry and did some staining and finishing before we headed down to the marina. The grey ceramic counter top should look good once i install it. The owners had rescheduled the band and threw an anniversary party for the wife and I. We'll be marred 32 years on Wednesday.

Picked up a frig last night and installed in the camper. I've also installed a couple of wall cabinets.

Installed the Stove last night. Taking it out for a long weekend tomorrow. I'll have to install the ceramic tile counter top and back splash next week after we get back.

Thanks, we sure have been getting our use out of it. We spent the 4th of July weekend down at the marina. It was so nice being able to just load all my DJ equipment in the back and not having to take two trailers. I'm one tired puppy. I think I may have gotten in 6 hours of sleep the from Friday till yesterday afternoon. Great band on Friday night and I DJ'ed all day and night Saturday and Sunday. Lots of generous people showed up for the boat parade and fireworks on Sunday night. Lets just say that my tip can was running over.

I also think i got some bused ribs from the old lady. Lots of bikinis.

I tried to get my wife to let us buy a toy hauler, but we ended up with the cabover… not as toy hauling convenient. Oh well, I may have to put some kind or rear rack on it to haul at least one motorcycle…

I wished I would of done this before I bought our last camper. I can see it's going to be used a lot. We have 5 different people down at the marina wanted to see the inside. All 5 are planning on doing the same conversion. There was another couple out there with a 16 footer they converted. I was surprised how roomy if was for a smaller trailer. It was laid out with very little wasted space.

After months of not being able to work on the trailer because either we were using it or most recently being unable to work on it due to having Covid i finally got to finish the counter tops. I used ceramic as i needed to add some weight to the tongue of the trailer. The trailer is so much lighter than the camper i had and with the light tongue weight i am constantly getting stuck in the yard due to all the rain we've been having and ground is super soaked. I did this all on Saturday.

Yes,, I'm doing better every day. Still not 100%. I have a ways to go to get my strength back as well. That 35 lb box of tile felt like 75 lbs. lol

Believe me, If it weren't for the cold AC in the camper I wouldn't of gotten this done.

Well that will depend on how soon the cost of lumber goes down. lol. We may just paint the plywood and put trim over the plywood seams for now just to make it look nice for now. We can always cover it later with whatever later on.

Floors will be next.

It's been a while since I've made any post on the trailer. We haven't done much more to it due to Hurricane Ida and the shortage of materials in our area. But as stated before, Is usable. We had a busy weekend of playing music on Friday night and Saturday at one of the local campgrounds. So we took the camper and got a good spot right across from the pavilion , so i didn't have far to walk after a night of adult beverages.

Had a bunch of people in the campground come check it out. Since most of them have golf carts they are thinking of doing the same so they don't have to tow a extra trailer just for the Cart. Here a picture from yesterday right before we were leaving.
