I called the freight company and the guy told he that from what he can see the bike was never picked up yesterday from the shipping company, and he has no idea why this happened. He said that it could be something small like the driver got there too late, or something big like there was a problem with the box.

He said he would look into it, but that even if the box was all good and got picked up today, I wouldn't be able to get it until Tuesday now.

So, the message is that I would hold off on buying an Enforcer until this mess is figured out. So far, we have "missing" green bikes and boxes not being picked up as scheduled. It all seems odd to me. Just thought it would go smoother than this I guess...maybe that was naive of me?
These shipper are all the same , no communication or updated info. I tell you it will show up unannounced when all hope is lost.

I've bought a few units from different vendors and it's not uncommon. I know it's hard because you (and all of us here) are stoked about the new Enforcer and you getting one to share with us. We're all chomping at the bit...but the reality is that when I order something, I don't expect anything for at least two weeks or more. It took about 3-4 weeks to get my Rhino from So Cal to Nor Cal. I wasn't surprised because it was the Christmas season. Heck, when we bought the TT250 on the 'boat deal', it took 4 months! They weren't even manufactured at Zongshen yet.

They're moving tons of product and really are at the mercy of whoever is shipping it. To shipper, it's just another box. I know that patience is hard but keep your chin up. We want to see it as much as you do! ;-)

I don't know what sprockets your TT250 has.
Plus, the stock TT250 speedo is shy by about 5 mph. When it says 50, you're doing 55-ish. This has been confirmed by many. Mrs. 2LZ stock TT250 (pre-mods) would do a comfy 55-60 with my 200 pound arse on it. I never unscrewed it all the way in that form though. It went straight to the lift after the 500 miles break-in.

The shipper are all the same. The dealer is at there mercy. My experience with shipping large items is if you have an option to ship it UPS freight, Do it. its almost guarantied it will be shipped on time.

Believe me its worth the little extra they charge just to have a piece of mind. When I ordered mine APSC didn't have that option. I think with all the issues they started having with the trucking companies they have changed the shipping options.

Crate was picked up and departed Texas yesterday. Date of delivery is Monday, 3/06/17. I'm a college professor and we have spring break next week. So, I can take a break from grading and assemble the new bike.

I'm stopping at harbor freight tools today to check out a motorcycle lift to make working on it a lot easier. And, I will also buy a new metric socket set to make sure I have what I need.

What color loctite do people use, blue or red? From what I understand, blue is strong, and red is stronger. I was thinking blue would be fine, but wanted to make sure.

Any other suggestions?

I picked up the 301 piece tool set when it was on sale. It has everything you need and good quality. Use the Blue, You will have to use heat to remove the red. I wish I would of picked up a lift. I use a floor jack and some 6x6 blocks of wood to set mine on. I had no help and had to take it out the truck and assemble all by myself.

Well me and ski rush are in the same boat on the Enforcer now. Its a race to see who gets the bike first..looks like our shipping info is the same to both our home states...and yes we are both getting a little crazy now and ski rush you might want to pic up a to torque wrench while you are out shopping for tools ,,make sure you get all the bolts as tight as they should be..and the blue lock tight will work just fine. I have read that the nuts and bolts on the bikes have gotten a lot better the last couple of years.
