No problema, 2LZ. Whatever you decide to do, I'm sure it will work well for you.

What I really do like about the TT filter box is the standard version replaceable rectangular filter. I'm hoping that I'll be able to find a K&N drop-in filter for it like I have in my cars and big street bikes. I like the fact they're cleanable and re-oilable. I've always had very good luck with K&N products. I think someone here said it was a Mazda air filter? May be able to locate one if that's the case....or better yet, maybe CSC will carry them so we can support the Mother Ship.

CSC does check the valve lash on all the RX3 bikes before shipment. I assume they plan to do the same with the TT250 bikes, but I will call them to verify this.

I know there's been a lot of talk about top speed lately around here but in all honesty, we need to keep in mind what we're dealing with. The 169FMM (229cc) is an overgrown 200 pushrod motor. 60 or so seems more than acceptable for how small displacement they are. If the TT does a real 74 mph according to GPS, I'd be stunned!

Understand completely! It'll be interesting to see what someone with a GPS clocks, after break-in, in stock form, prior to modding....then of course results after the fact. Can't wait to start seeing pics of these show up here!
