i ordered another clutch lever/perch. i also had to order a new clutch cable. these are the parts that i ordered.
my stock cable was the following length cable42.5inches shell 39.5inches new cable cable 48inches shell 44 inches http://www.ebay.com/itm/400376172625...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT (i dont recommend this lever, its horrible quality) http://www.ebay.com/itm/111539440911...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT i had to get a new clutch cable, because my stock one was only long enough for the type of lever that has no adjustment. all the levers i can find for sale, have an adjuster nut on them. my old cable has 2 inches if cable play, the new cable has 4 inches. so i should have lots of room for adjustments. |

I don't think I've ever seen a clutch perch without an adjuster.

I haven't updated in a while, because i haven't touched the atv in a while. I've been super busy with vehicle work. I've also been waiting on parts. My clutch cable should be here any day. I'll update with pics when I install it. I'll also be installing my new jetted 30mm mikuni carb!

You might need to jet higher, but first try backing out the pilot mixture screw 1/4 turn, and see if there is any improvement.

If you need to go beyond two turns to correct the hesitation, try a 27.5 slow jet.

Turning the out the slow jet helped a little, but i think it needs to come out some more.
i put on some golf cart lights and they are WAY brighter than the tusk bulbs that i installed. i think the problem is the cheap factory housings. Got some cool new tires installed!!! ITP 22 inch. |

I've wanted to try a wheel upgrade like that. Please let us know your impressions.

I found that a tire upgrade from the crappy V pattern made a huge difference on my 250

Alot of stuff has changed since i was active here, Ill start with the winch! harbor freight 2500lb winch installed. I mounted some brackets behind the grill to the frame. I Used a bar mounted controller instead of the crappy wireless setup that came with the winch.
