Please, video of the gravel pit would be great!! Especially the few of you who meet up there with your Chinabikes. I guess your weather has turned "south" :( lately, so in a few months will be fine.

not a matter of will we get snow, but rather when. I had everything but the camera mount last trip. I was working on a few hours sleep and forgot to install the mount. I will definately take it next trip. I'm bummed for missing the last trip blimpman made there. I didn't have a sitter and the bike was running lousy after a main jet change. Come spring this will all be worked out.

What the best spark plug for Kinroad GY200-1? My Chinese manual makes me think that I should go ahead with what's recommended for Honda XL200.

Most seem to have gone with a NGK D8EA.
My GY came with a Torch D8RTC plug in it. It cross references to AC - S121*L Champion - A6YC NGK - BPR5HS ND - WI6FP-U Bosch - XR5DC NGK Iridium - DR8EIX Denso - IX24 Hope this helps.

XR650L Clarke 4.7 gallon tank
I decided to move my tank mod to this thread. I got the tank mounted
yesterday. Here is a pic of the moc up from the other thread. Here it is installed. I decided to remove the rear rack and added a small handlebar pouch I had to the rear fender. I also added a tank bag that I got a deal on. It is wired with two fused accessory plugs. It plugs in to the plug from the battery tender that I hard wired and then ran under the tank up to the bag. A few beers, a little cursing and everything came together just fine. Here's a link to the mod on ThumperTalk. http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/gar...wmod&mid=43352 And for the skeptics... a short video of it running with the tank installed.

tied to the frame. Looks like it will work good and I have a bunch more in case needed. They come five foot long for about $2. I only used about a foot. Quote:
camera when I installed it. I have to take it off again for a couple minor adjustments.

hey easy, do you plan on giving it a coat of some paint, or are you going to leave it dingy plastic so that everyone knows how bad ass you are for swapping tanks ;-)
either way, good job, i bet you could go forever on that tank, ITS HUGE!!!

Well I haven't done much to my bike lately as I have been trying to get my
house and garage in order (very slow process). Here's a couple of pics of the garage. This is after spending a day sorting stuff and making room for the bikes. And after hanging some decorations... A few more weeks hopefully I'll be caught up enough to get to the GY and some riding.

Probably keep it till I die. Resale is crap. What model(s) have you owned? Are you a Badweb member? I stop in there from time to time.
