Hey Teklock, I got home from vacation today and took a look for the alarm connector and I think I may have found it. According to the wiring diagram there is 9 wires going to it and this connector has 9 spaces. You would have to get to it to verify the wire colors but it looks like it has a cap on it, if so you can probably get a generic 9 pin plug to work for it, or contact Venom motorsports and see if they have one available.
The connector is on the right side by the tail light, hope this helps

Rear Shock adjustment
I adjusted the rear shock for a softer ride, you can see in second photo how much closer to the frame it is, thus lengthening the spring. I used my smallest adjustable spanner wrench after I ground the tip down a little to fit in the holes. The ride feels a lot better than before.

I ordered a centerstand from China and it came in already, I think it only took 3 weeks to get. They actually air mailed it. It was a super easy install

The stand mounted and spring installed. That spring is stiff, if you put one of these on, be careful with the spring. I used a pair of brake spring installers on mine then had to bend the opening of the spring closed a little.

I ordered it from engtb.com. If you’ve never ordered from a Chinese site before it may be a little bit of a challenge. It’s not too bad though, the cost was like $11 or $12 but it was $39 to ship it, still $50 total cost for a quality center stand is cheap

I put a new chain on not because mine was bad but more for piece of mind. This is what I put on, it's made in Japan
https://www.amazon.com/RK-Racing-Cha...ps%2C75&sr=8-1 My bike has a 16 tooth front sprocket and after install of the chain it is almost dead center in the adjustment. I had to cut a small piece of chain off to make it fit good. I would say a 128 link would work perfectly with the 16 tooth sprocket, if your using the stock 15 tooth sprocket you may be able to adjust it out enough or you may have to take a link out.

1000 mile review
I'm at 1003 miles and time for a review. I will break it up into different categories to make it easier. Also when I reference numbers for speed it will always be as indicated on the speedometer and not GPS.
FIT AND FINISH The panels all fit together very well and the fasteners all seem to hold up well from on and off removal of panels with no fastener nuts stripping out. I have one panel that pops out of the rubber grommet occasionally but the seat lip covers over the panel thus holding it in place so that's a non issue. The paint is awesome and seems to not scratch very easily and really looks good when out in the sunshine. COMFORT The seating position is pretty good with a little bit of forward lean which seems to be good for taking the pressure off of the tailbone. I ordered some handlebar risers and will be installing them to see what it feels like with those on. Coming soon! The seat itself is pretty comfy, I ride for hours at a time and my skinny butt doesn't hurt so it must be pretty soft. The leg position is pretty good but it is a little cramped for me at 6' 1" when on the pegs. I can tuck my legs behind the side panel cutouts but I have to scoot back in the seat a little to do it. My feet touch flat footed on the ground and then some. I would guess a person 5'9" will probably be able to flat foot it as well, but that's just a guess. VIBRATIONS There is very little vibration in this bike, it's very smooth. It has a tiny bit in the handlebars and foot pegs but not really enough to even talk about. I can ride for hours and not have my hands tingling. GEARING The stock gearing is 15 tooth front sprocket and 46 tooth rear sprocket. After riding for several miles and switching back and forth between the 15 and 16 tooth front sprockets, I would say the stock gearing works very good with the power of the engine and would suit most people the way it is. Right now I am running a 16 tooth as it gives a little more MPH on top end and lowers rpm's on some sustained highway runs. But honestly I may go back to the 15, I like both setups. INSTRUMENTATION All I can say is I love it! Everything is easy to read while riding and all the things you would want is there with the possible exception of water temperature. If I bought an $8000 bike and it came with this instrument cluster I would be happy! ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION The engine is this bike is awesome for a 200cc machine. It will rev into the 11000 rpm range which makes it very fun to ride. It starts very easily and runs flawlessly. I adjusted the valve clearance early on to make sure everything was right as I broke the engine in. The transmission on this bike is very easy and smooth to shift, the one thing I noticed right away is how easily it goes into neutral. The transmission works very good with the power of the engine and makes the 200cc bike seem more like a bigger bike to me. RELIABILITY I have had zero issues with the KPR. I've rode 150 miles in a day in all kinds of road travel and no issues at all. DEALER I wanted to mention where I bought the bike from which is venommotorsports.com because I believe that Venom will take of their customers after the sale. They actually answer phone calls and will help if they can. They also support the workings of this forum which I think is a big deal as well. You may be able to buy the KPR200 from another dealer but will they be there for you when YOU need them? I'm happy with them and glad I purchased from them and will buy from them again in the future. THINGS I DON"T LIKE No bike is perfect and neither is the KPR. I really only have 2 issues with the bike and both are fixable. 1) Mirrors- you can't see cars behind you very well but youy can see your arms great What needs done from the factory is longer stalks or curved down more towards the handlebars to make the mirrors reach more toward the end of the handlebars. My solution was to ad handlebar end mirrors which make it very easy to have a full view behind you. 2) Rear shock- It is very stiff. My temporary solution was to adjust some tension out of the spring which helped quite a bit. But I think it really needs a good air shock to take the bumps out of the road. MPG My best MPG is about 74, my worst is 45mpg and thats from running straight full throttle highway runs. OVERALL OPINION SUMMARY The KPR 200 is a super fun very reliable machine and I can see why they sell so many overseas! It will surprise you with only having 17hp. I have made a couple of improvements in the exhaust and removing the air filter snorkel but my bike will easily keep up with traffic on the interstate. I made a trip where I was on interstate 70. interstate 55 and rode continuously for 55 miles and even passed a couple of people, i was at full throttle most of the time.(Don't attempt too much sustained full throttle as it may cause damage) The speed limit on 70 was 65mph and the speed limit on 55 was 70mph. The bike held its speed of 72-75 in the 65mph highway and it held 72-78 on the 70mph highway. My top speed so far was 83mph with the 16 tooth sprocket. Now I don't want to overstate the capabilities of the bike because hills and wind will slow you down but interstate travel seems to be easier to maintain higher numbers. I would stay away from 75 and 80 mph interstate travel and save that for bigger bikes. This bike isn't made for constant interstate travel but jaunting on the interstate for a bit this bike can handle. The KPR gives you a confidence cruising down the road because it feels very comfortable and planted going down the road. Bottom line is if you are considering this style of bike I would say buy yourself one I think it is well worth the money and you will have a blast with it.

I had this bag from another bike I had so I decided to attach it my KPR. It is strapped on to the rear seat so you can still take the seat off when you need to. It's always nice to have a bag on board for your ball cap or whatever you like to carry. It's kind of nice to have in case you need to run to the store for a little something also.
